How We Use Your Information

MRS BPO, LLC is a debt collector information it obtains will be used for the purpose of debt collection. MRS uses and shares information it obtains through its website for the specific purpose for which you provided the information and/or as described in this Privacy Policy, and to analyze characteristics associated with the use of our website.

How Long We Keep Your Information

MRS will retain your personal data for seven years, or as otherwise required by law. MRS thereafter deletes or anonymizes such information in accordance with applicable laws.

How We Protect Information

MRS has implemented physical, technical and administrative security safeguards to protect against the unauthorized release of or access to personal information. We employ internal and external system safeguards designed to protect confidentiality and security of personal information.

The confidentiality of any communication or material transmitted to or from MRS via the website, via e-mail or SMS cannot be, and is not, guaranteed.
